Application Checklist – Australian Students

OZFORD COLLEGE – High School

The following must be submitted with your duly completed and signed OZFORD Application Form:

(If student is under 18 years of age, parents/guardian signature is also required on the Application Form)
  • Completed Ozford General Application form with signed Terms and Conditions page
  • Proof of Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Certified copies of relevant academic records (in English if not attained in Australia)
  • Certified copies of relevant academic records in Australia (if relevant)
  • Copy of attendance report and release letter from previous school in Australia (if relevant)
  • Certified copies of documents showing successful completion of Year 9 (in English if not attained in Australia)
  • Read the Ozford brochure, course information, pre-enrolment information and terms & conditions of enrolment (available at www.ozford.edu.au)
  • Choose an Ozford course that you wish to apply for (English / High School / Vocational / Higher Education)
  • Download the Ozford Application Form from www.ozford.edu.au/apply-now/Or  Complete our ONLINE Application via http://soeac.ozford.edu.au/student/apply
  • For applicant under 18 years of age, the Parent/Guardian must complete the Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation and Welfare Form (CAAW) submit together with the application.
  • Attach certified/notarised supporting documentation required in English with the application (please refer to “the application check list)
  • Send all of the above documents to info@ozford.edu.au
  • Other (if requested by OZFORD)

  • Read through the OIHE Course Guide (Download Pdf) and course information at www.ozford.edu.au/higher-education
  • Choose your course -Diploma of Business, Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Business (Accounting).
  • Apply online (click here)
  • Attach certified copies of supportive documents required in English
  • Forward all documents to OIHE directly info@ozford.edu.au or to your local education agent.
