ELICOS Excursion

Our ELICOS students enjoyed a day of history at Captain Cooks’ Cottage in the Fitzroy Gardens, Melbourne. The cottage was originally built in 1755 in England. But in 1934, Sir Russell Grimwade transported it all the way to Australia.

Our students dressed up in 18th century costumes whilst learning about the history of the cottage.

What a great experience visiting the oldest building in Australia!
