Here are the ESSP2 students during their Well-being class. Every Friday the ESSP students dedicate class time towards improving their health and well-being. In this activity students focused on the theme of happiness.  They ranked their level of happiness.  They also had to brainstorm ways to promote happiness in their everyday lives.  They will continue to monitor their feelings for the next month in order to help them maintain a positive attitude to learning and living abroad.
