This week our ELICOS students got the chance to investigate the world around us by taking a trip to Scienceworks!
Scienceworks is a top science museum and considered a city icon here in Melbourne, it is home to numerous exhibitions and interactive activities. The exhibits cover many universal topics, such as engineering, sports, lightening and energy. Participating in the educational activities around the museum, allowed our students to gain confidence and build upon their global skills. One of their favourite experiences was the electrifying theatre in the Lightning Room, everybody thought it was a fun learning experience to share together.
Overall, our ELICOS class rated the trip very highly and gave us some great feedback. They thought the Science Museum was the best destination to experience learning outside of the classroom!
